1996 Grand marshal of Dublin Country Fair Ruby Caulford Ruby Caulford was born in North Carolina in the year 1907 and relocated to Dublin on Castleton Road in 1921. Mrs. Caulford has resided in Harford County since. She attended Dublin School when it was four rooms and graduated in 1926. She married in the year 1927 and had five girls. Mrs. Caulford currently (in 1996) has 15 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She has been an asset in our community. Mrs. Caulford has been an active member of Dublin United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star. We honor her today.
